Your motorcycle holiday villa in Portugal comprises 1 double bedroom with ensuite shower room.
1 twin bedroom which can be converted into a kingsize bed with a separate bathroom.
A large lounge with a wood burner can be used as a double bedroom using the double sofa bed.
We have a large farmhouse kitchen/dining room.
The upper level of the motorcycle holiday villa is open plan and can be converted into a sleeping area for up to 4 persons with clothes hanging facilities.
Both floors of the motorcycle holiday villa have shaded balconies with lake views.
A cot and high chair are available.
Fresh bed linen and towels will be supplied once a week. Please note that holiday villa towels should not to be used for the pool and/or taken from the property. Please bring your own swimming towels.
The double bedroom, twin bedroom and lounge (if used as bedroom) are supplied with cotton bathrobes for adults.
There is no telephone supplied other than for emergency use.
We have Playstation One, a DVD/CD Player plus a video player. Clients are welcome to use the stereo on the upper level and the portable CD/radio player in the kitchen.
We provide a steam iron and a table top ironing board. There is also a hanging dryer which can be used on the verandah.
We have a large selection of tourist brochures which include information about canoeing, sail boarding, architectural visits, parks, etc.
We also have plenty of books to read together with board games, a badminton set and lilos for the pool.
The motorcycle holiday villa has a large barbeque which is situated near an area shaded by a gazebo.
The nearest café and shop is less than 2 miles away in Sarnadela; there is a Post Office less than 2 miles away in Pombeiro da Beira. The nearest supermarkets are in Arganil which is a 15 minutes drive from Roda - Intermarche and Lidl are the main supermarkets but there are also many cafes, restaurants and small shops including take away pizza, etc.
Although we have a salt water swimming pool it is possible to swim in the lake but we would suggest plastic or similar footwear be worn.
